Under Article 26.1 “Distance Selling” of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, a buyer may refuse non-defective goods at any time before delivery, and after delivery—within seven days.
Return of non-defective goods is possible if their saleable condition (packaging, seals, labels) and consumer properties are preserved, and if you provide proof of purchase (sales or cash receipt).
A buyer may not return non-defective goods with custom properties if they can only be used by the purchasing consumer. Within ten calendar days of claiming a return—and if all conditions above are met—the seller must decide and refund your payment, excluding delivery costs. Delivery cost is calculated per the courier’s rates based on the return address and region. You must also present an identity document.
Goods listed in the government-approved “List of Non-Food Goods Not Subject to Return or Exchange” cannot be returned or exchanged.
