Choose your preferred delivery method in the order form (courier or pickup). For orders paid by online acquiring, delivery is at the buyer’s expense via courier service, with mandatory insurance also at the buyer’s expense. For other payment methods, delivery terms are agreed with the seller separately.

You may use your own transport company by sending us a power of attorney for that carrier.

Delivery cost will be added automatically to the order total.
The goods will be handed to the courier within five (5) business days after payment.
Final delivery times depend on the destination address and region and are not directly controlled by the seller.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order form.
Delivery is possible only to a specific address and only into buildings (office or residential).
When confirming the order, the online-store representative may request an additional contact telephone number, including a landline.
The courier service reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the client’s contact details.
Couriers are not authorized to provide technical or commercial advice or execute any client instructions.
Inspection of goods in the courier’s presence and all settlements must be completed within no more than 15 minutes.
