The tariff is valid on the territory of the Russian Federation on land.
The following tariffs apply when outside the Russian Federation and at sea.
Cost of 1 minute of outgoing traffic to Thuraya GTNT satellite phones (+7954101XXXX, +7954118XXXX, 7954120XXXX) is 50 RUB.
Cost of 1 minute of incoming traffic is 0 RUB. Billing is per minute. Single tariff plan across the entire territory of the Russian Federation.
All prices are indicated in rubles including VAT.

Included minutes (5 outgoing minutes within Russia provided monthly)
Unused included minutes during the validity period do not carry over to the next month. If the account balance is insufficient to cover the included minutes, the SIM card will be placed in a preliminary block state (paid calls/SMS sending/GPRS data transmission are prohibited). If the balance is not replenished within 30 days, the SIM card will be forcibly blocked with simultaneous activation of the service "Reconnection after forced blocking".

Reconnection after forced blocking
Fee is charged if 30 days have passed since the inclusion of minutes and there were insufficient funds on the account for the deduction.

| Voluntary blocking fee
The price is per day, charged once for the entire blocking period. The voluntary blocking service is provided upon written request from the subscriber, provided there are sufficient funds in the subscriber’s account.

| Tariff plan change fee
No fee is charged for changing the tariff plan to another if more than one month has passed since the previous change. The subscriber must send the request to the operator by email billing@gtnt.ru no later than two working days before the expiration of the current package minutes.
Service disconnection threshold is 0 rubles (except cases of deferred payment or failure to top up the balance at the time of issuing included minutes).
The service contract is considered terminated by the subscriber’s initiative if services are not used for more than 549 calendar days in a row and the account balance is at or below the disconnection threshold.
