Services are provided using a postpaid payment method.
When using Standard IP technology, both transmitted and received data volume is taken into account.
Unless otherwise specified in the agreement with the subscriber.
All prices are indicated in rubles, including VAT.
Terms for changing tariff plans:- - upgrading to plans with higher data usage is carried out free of charge;
- - downgrading to plans with lower data usage incurs a one-time fee of 5,000 rubles.

ENTRY PLAN |
ACCESS PLAN Traffic included in the Subscription Fee for the tariff plans Access Plan, Value Plan, Orion A, Orion B, Orion C, Orion D can be used both within the territory of the Russian Federation and outside it at prices set by the respective tariff plan. The territory of service usage is chosen by the subscriber for the month following the current service month, at least 5 business days before the end of the current month (service provision month). In the current month, the territory for the next month can only be selected once. The chosen (changed) territory cannot be changed further. Territory changes during service provision are allowed monthly following the above procedure. The territory is chosen by sending a written notice to the operator. If the subscriber does not notify the operator of a territory change at least 5 business days before the end of the current month, the operator automatically extends the currently chosen territory for the next calendar month. For Orion group tariff plans, the territory choice applies to all subscriber devices connected under one tariff plan. Billing for one or more subscriber devices outside the chosen territory is charged in excess of the included subscription traffic according to the selected tariff plan.

In case of early disconnection/temporary suspension of the respective tariff plan before the end of the first billing period, the subscription fee is charged and paid for the full billing period, regardless of the actual usage time of the tariff plan (billing period equals one month; the first billing period is calculated from the date of initial connection/transition from another tariff plan/resumption after suspension until the corresponding date of the month following connection/transition/resumption).

Fair Use Policy (FUP). To provide equal service to all users and protect service integrity, Thuraya implements a Fair Use Policy on unlimited tariff plans. After reaching the FUP threshold, the original maximum bandwidth is reduced to the applicable service plan level. At the start of the billing period, the maximum bandwidth resets to the original level, and the system begins monitoring FUP usage again. For the 144K tariff plan, speed after FUP threshold is 32 Kbps, for 444K it is 64 Kbps.

Sirius tariff plan
The Sirius tariff plan is provided to corporate clients with a minimum connection of 20 SIM cards. In case of contract termination before the end of the 6-month period, the subscriber must pay the remaining amount equal to the subscription fee for all remaining months of the contract period. The cost is indicated per SIM card; traffic is summed across all SIM cards. Billing step is 100 KB. The number of SIM cards connected on the Sirius plan can be increased in increments of one. After changing the number of SIM cards, a new minimum contract term begins. It is possible to combine subscriptions for Unlimited 144K and Unlimited 444K in one Sirius plan package. The individual FUP limit of SIM cards is combined and shared among all SIM cards in the package. When the group reaches the FUP limit, bandwidth reduces to 32 Kbps for 144K unlimited SIM cards and 64 Kbps for 444K unlimited SIM cards. Minimum subscription term is 2 months.
